As of 1/31/23 this excellent Brandenberry 1 bedroom condo is the least expensive condo in AH and is in one of the nicest subdivisions with its own outdoor pool, playground and lots of places to take a walk. Keep in mind that it is priced with some work involved such as updating the kitchen and repainting, but not much more. The bathroom was updated a few years ago and is quite nice.
